Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions briefly outline the expectations and agreements for any collaborations or bookings with Evie Rae.

Please note: these Terms & Conditions form part of a written contract that must be read, agreed to, and signed by both parties prior to any shoot.

1. Professional Standards

All shoots will be conducted in a respectful and professional manner.
-
Inappropriate behaviour, advances, or comments will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of the session.

2. Boundaries & Themes
-
No nudity or suggestive poses will be undertaken.
-
Shoots must align with the agreed-upon concepts and styles discussed prior to the session.
-
Any attempt to pressure beyond agreed boundaries will end the collaboration immediately.

3. Location & Safety
-
The exact shoot location must be confirmed at least 72 hours before the session.
-
Public and well-lit spaces are preferred if the shoot is not in a studio.
-
All shoot locations must be safe and accessible, with consideration for weather and changing facilities when relevant.

4. Chaperone Policy
-
A chaperone may accompany Evie Rae to any session.
-
The chaperone will not interfere but will be present for safety.
​
5. Travel & Expenses
-
For shoots requiring travel beyond the West Midlands (UK), travel costs must be agreed upon in advance.
-
Reimbursement should be confirmed prior to ticket purchase or at least 96 hours before driving to the shoot.

6. Copyright & Usage
-
The photographer retains copyright of all images.
-
Evie Rae reserves the right to use images for portfolio, self-promotion, and social media purposes.
​
7. Compensation & Deliverables
-
For TFP (trade for prints) collaborations, the number and type of edited images must be agreed upon in advance.
-
Unless otherwise arranged, there are no financial obligations on the model’s side.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
-
Either party may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
-
Failure to provide reasonable notice may result in forfeiture of the session or reimbursement of travel expenses.

9. Insurance & Liability
-
The photographer is responsible for their own equipment insurance and liability cover.
-
The model will not be held liable for equipment damages during the session.
​
10. Payment Terms (for Paid Work)
-
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking.
-
The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the shoot, before work begins.
-
Payment is accepted via bank transfer or cash.
-
Deposits must be received within 5 working days or the booking may be cancelled.
-
Late payments may incur additional fees.

11. Confidentiality
-
Any personal details exchanged for the purposes of the shoot will remain confidential and will not be shared without consent.

12. Additional Participants
-
Makeup artists, stylists, or other collaborators must be agreed upon in advance.
-
Any third parties should be compensated or made aware of TFP arrangements prior to the shoot.
